This course is for novice users as well as users wanting a review of the fundamentals. It is designed to get people up and running as quickly as possible, and covers as much Salesforce standard functionality as we can pack into a 3 hour course.

Advanced Salesforce ReportingOur Advanced Reporting class focuses on Joined Reports, Matrix Reports, Custom Report Types, Salesforce-specific Opportunity Reports, and Advanced Dashboards. The suggested prerequisite is a working knowledge of Views, Tabular Reports, Summary Reports, and Dashboards. This is the most advanced Salesforce Reporting training offered in the UK. |

Using Salesforce as a solid basis for the management and reporting of data, this event will enable you to start creating a flexible fundraising strategy that integrates all activities via your Salesforce.com CRM, and will cover the following key elements of a successful fundraising Strategy as it relates to Salesforce. This course presumes you are already using Salesforce, and have experience fundraising.
