Stony Grunow
Founder and CEO
Stony Grunow is Founder and CEO of Third Sector IT. With over a decade’s experience of implementing varied IT solutions to small and medium sized organisations, Stony directed Third Sector IT to focus on Salesforce implementations with a vision to bring the power of cloud computing and CRM to non-profits and ethical SME’s. In addition to delivering well designed Salesforce configurations, Stony specialises in analytics and dashboards, data integration tools, business process mapping, business development and change management.
John Dray
Consultant
John brings many years of IT experience to Third Sector IT. Immediately prior to working with Third Sector IT, he worked with an IT outsourcing company that serviced boutique banks, private equity and hedge funds. John was in charge of setting up a department specialising in cloud, software as a service (SaaS) and disaster recovery solutions. This involved seeking innovative, cost-effective solutions to complex, classic problems. The net result was to drastically reduce the IT costs of his clients, while enabling systems more stable and resilient.
John has a long history with the charitable and not-for-profit sectors, working in education and personal development. He has set up CRM systems for international charitable institutions, small charities and one-man-bands. He now guides clients from analysis and implementation to training and user-adoption. His calm attention to detail underpins his determination to find and implement the most appropriate solution for his clients. His clear, well-targeted courses lead to great user adoption.
Paul Ginsberg
Consultant
Paul brings over 10 years of technical and IT support experience to Third Sector IT having worked for both Hedge Funds and Non-profits. Paul has a vast knowledge of software packages and operating systems. He enjoys the process of manipulating data to suit bespoke configurations and his Salesforce specialities include detail focused work such as data migration, data integration, workflows and approvals, and various partner products from the App Exchange.
Sisu Berhane
Consultant
Prior to joining Third Sector IT, Sisu worked in boutique financial services firms, consulted for companies operating within niche markets and project managed a number of entrepreneurial initiatives. In 2011 she completed an 18-month phased Salesforce implementation as lead tech and project manager at a federated college within the University of London delivering a security overhaul, fundraising configuration, data integration and bespoke event and marketing management systems. Sisu specialises in increasing user adoption, training, change management processes, best practices, fundraising and marketing via Salesforce and mass email communications.
